Step-Immobilien GmbH chose to work with Netfe to realize a website for their real estate project in Austria.

The main goal were to have a modern and good looking website that could be seen on computers and also on mobile devices. So we offered the client several options from our portfolio and eventually one was chosen. Of course we setup the website look&feel according to the client’s layout already present on some brochures.

Another important requirement was to have a multilingual site. The client expected to have most visitors from German speaking countries and Italy. So the default language (english) was translated into German and Italian. Accordint to client’s request, the user can dynamically choose language contextually.

The page was then enriched with details of all properties, for example with detailed maps and plans, information of location and near infrastructure. During the period of 1 year during which we maintained the website and continued to make changes according to Step-Immobilien requests, we received very positive feedback from site visitors.
